As a manpower recruitment agency, New Alfa H.R. Services Pvt. Ltd. provides service-based offerings. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the recruitment process and applicable regulations.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Employer cancels recruitment before visa processing
- Candidate withdraws before documentation processing (subject to administrative deductions)
- Visa rejection due to employer-side issues
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Submission of false or incomplete documents
- Failure of medical examination due to personal health conditions
- Withdrawal after visa approval
- Government, medical, insurance, or embassy charges already paid
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days after verification.
5. Administrative Deductions
Administrative, documentation, and processing charges may be deducted from refundable amounts.
