• Job placement is subject to employer approval and visa authorization.
• We do not guarantee employment without proper employer confirmation.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Submit genuine documents
• Comply with employer requirements and destination country laws

Submission of false documents may result in disqualification and legal action.

4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers must:

• Provide clear job descriptions and contract terms
• Comply with labor laws and regulations
• Honor employment agreements

5. Fees & Charges

Service charges and recruitment fees shall comply with Government of Nepal regulations and mutually agreed contracts. All payments must be made through official company channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

New Alfa H.R. Services Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for:

• Visa rejections beyond company control
• Employer-side contract termination
• Political or regulatory changes
• Embassy or government delays
